Our Policy to take Returns
- We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Jerry's For All Seasons. However, If you are not satisfied with your purchase please bring it back within 30 days of the initial purchase. Returned products must be in their original condition, in the manufacturer’s packaging and accompanied by the receipt and photo i.d. Credit will be issued in the original manner of payment. If items were paid for with a check we will wait 10 business days from the original transaction date before issuing a company check for the return. For cash refunds over $50.00 a company check will be issued within 7-10 business days. Product returned without a receipt will be credited at the lowest price the product was sold at in the last 90 days. Credit will be issued in the form of a store credit.
- Holiday and Seasonal products cannot be returned after the season or particular holiday.
- Items that are not returnable include foot ware, food items, Clearance and End of Season sale items. Custom and Special orders are also not returnable and deposits for these orders are not refundable after 3 business days.
- Live plants from our nursery or greenhouses are returnable for up to 48 hours. They must be in their original container and in the same physical condition in which they were purchased. This reflects only returns or exchanges of plant material. Nursery stock is guaranteed up to 2 years from the date of purchase. Please see our guarantee and planting instructions for specific warranty information.
